Research Interests

Alan Avila is currently interested in developing novel biosensor technologies to monitor different biological behaviors for personalized medicine applications. He is particularly interested in microfabrication, biofabrication and characterization of state-of-the-art biomaterials. Alan dreams of developing a stronger technology-based entrepreneurial ecosystem in his home country, Mexico.
