Current

Research Interests

Jhonny aims to develop biosensors (electrochemical, optical) based on nanomaterials and biopolymers with novel bio recognition units for the next generation of sensors.  He is particularly interested in translating these devices into a POC diagnostic. He is also interested in smart hydrogel and microfluidic.
